The Computer Service consists of students hired by the IT-section at UMB and it has the purpose to help other students at the university with computer trouble and internet access. You can find us at the first floor of the TF-building.
Welcome as a student at UMB! This article is intended as a simple introduction to how IT-systems that is in use here at UMB is working for you as a student. Here you'll find, among other things, information about the user name and password, Internet at SiÅs flats and the Internet on campus.
The ComputerService would like to remind every student that they need to change their zone passwords during October month. If the passwords haven't been changed by the 1st of November, you'll be locked out of all university systems! If you've made or changed your passwords after July 15th, the password change doesn't apply to you.
