Guidelines for Election §§ 14, 15 and 16 in the Election rules and §§ 7 and 15 in the Supplementary Regulations to the Election rules.
Nominations Announcement of candidates Election procedure.
1. All staff at UMB who are eligible to vote may submit in writing to the Election Board names of candidates for UMBs members of the Joint Board for the New University from their own group. Proposals must be signed by at least five persons who are eligible to vote.
2. Names of the proposed candidates must be received by the Election Board at least on the 1. February. The candidates’ consent shall be secured before their names are submitted to the Election Board.
3. The Election Board will announce the names of the candidates at least on the 3. February. Organised elections will take place in the period 17. – 24. February.
Proposals for candidates must be submitted to the Election Board no later than
1. February at 15h00 -
