Professor Hans Fredrik Hoen is elected as Rector

The second election was final. Professor Hans Fredrik Hoen is elected as Rector at UMB from the 1st of August 2010.

Weighing of the casted votes gave the following result:

Professor Hans Fredrik Hoen: 54,5%,

Professor Ole Gjølberg: 44,8%

A total of 1586 votes (not weighing) were cast, and distributed between the candidates as follows:

	202	technical and administrative employees
	483	Students
Ole Gjølberg	106	permanent employees in teaching and research positions
	67	temporary employees in teaching and research positions

18 of the casted votes were blank.
