Each summer our network organises a summer course in organic farming.

This network has been cooperating since 1998 to offer students a summer course in organic farming. Ever year the course is located in a different country in Europe, giving students not only the chance to learn about organic farming, but also the opportunity experience different cultures and traditions.

In 2004, the summer course was hosted by the University of Turin, from July 12th to the 24th. The course "Human context in organic farming", (6 ECTS) was taken by students from 12 different countries.

This summer, the course Science of Organic Production: From Ecology to Socio-Economics will be held at the University of Wageningen, in the Netherlands (click on Summerschool 2005). The course will run from July 7th to the 15th.
