Coastal zone conflict management - the reports

Quite a few of these papers are still in demand some 20 years after their first publishing. At the Department a long succession of teaching and research assistants kept the activity going in this field, with encouragement and support from the professors Torgeir Austenaa, Hans Sevatdal, and Erik Langdalen.

The last report in the series published in a continuous sequence, was written by Tor Henning Jørgensen in 1992. After that year the level of activities in this field has been low, until 1998 when Torgeir Austenå and Morten Edvardsen initiated a second printing of the reports most demanded, reorganizing the series, and invited new papers.

Now the series are published on the internet by the Department alone according to demand, and under a new heading of “Coastal zone conflict management”.
