The hunt for the first farmer

Professor Manfred Heun has been featured on NRK's programme "Norske røter" (Norwegian roots) in their search for the first farmer.
Prof. Heun has taken them from Ås to Turkey to show them the Karacadağ where Einkorn was domesticated. They also visited Körtik Tepe, a last hunter/gatherer place which is considered 11 500 years old, and to Çayönü, one of the prime archaeological sites, where the transition towards farming happened around 10 400 years ago.
