Bakgrunn og erfaring
I am Research Fellow in Philosophy and Principal Investigator of the 4-year interdisciplinary project CauSci - Causation in Science, funded by the FRIHUM scheme of the Research Council of Norway (NFR). Read more about the project on http://www.umb.no/causci

Before working at UMB, I did my postdoctoral research at University of Nottingham, working on causation, dispositions and laws with Professor Stephen Mumford. Together we wrote the book Getting Causes from Powers at Oxford University Press.

My doctorate is from University of Tromsø, and is on philosophy of logic and language, with focus on the logic of conditionals. My supervisor was Johan Arnt Myrstad.
