ISU Salsa Committee Secures Room for Latin Dance Classes for the Next Semester
Based on multiple complaints and expressed concerns by International students about the SIÅS ban of social gatherings in ABC basement, ISU has invited a meeting of International Students at UMB to discuss the issue. Based on concenrs raised during the meeting, the International Officer at NSO has composed a relevant letter, which has been signed by NSO president, vicepresident, International Officer, ISU president and one UMB board member. Through the 'Coffee Cup' project, people in Ås invite international students home for a cup of coffee. The aim of the project is to remove barriers and prejudices by establishing new friendships between the diverse cultures and communities residing in Ås.
