We have made reservations 18-19 June with Oscarsborg Hotel & Spa, located at The Oscarsborg Fortress on an island in the Oslofjord, just a 5 minutes boat trip away from Drøbak.

We have made reservations 18-19 June with Oscarsborg Hotel & Spa, located at The Oscarsborg Fortress on an island in the Oslofjord, just a 5 minutes boat trip away from Drøbak. They offer two types of rooms (price per person incl. conference fee):·

Single room: 1850 NOK pp/night
Double room: 1600 NOK pp/night

To confirm/make a reservation, please contact Oscarsborg Hotel & Spa directly, stating that you are attending NCDE 2009. We cannot guarantee that rooms are available if the booking request is received after May 15.

If you would like to arrive earlier or stay on longer at the hotel, these are the optional cost pr extra night:

1. Single room incl. breakfast and 3 course dinner: NOK 1250 pp/night
2. Single room incl. breakfast: NOK 850 pp/night

Application for financial support
Young researchers from the South who submit papers that are approved, may apply for financial support to cover for travel and accommodation costs. Please send your application together with your paper submission!
