- Darley Jose Kjosavik was awarded the NFU Prize for Development Research 2005.
The NFU Prize is awarded by the Norwegian Association for Development Research every two years to Research Fellows and upcoming researchers for the best research paper dealing with development issues. The title of the article: 'Integration or Exclusion? Locating Indigenous Peoples in the Development Process of Kerala, South India' (co-author: N. Shanmugaratnam).
