Ian Bryceson starting a new cooperation project in Tanzania.

On Feb. 7, Ian Bryceson has travelled to Tanzania to start a new research project together with six Tanzanian researchers from the University of Dar es Salaam and TAFIRI. The team shall be investigating the ecological and social impacts of the recent (and controversial) change in fisheries policy in Tanzania.

They shall be doing fieldwork in villages along the coast, on islands and in towns.
