Interview with Pål Olav Vedeld: Meir fattigdom med norske skogmilliardar?



More poverty created by Norwegian 'forest billions'?
Norway is now planning for how to use several billion norwegian kroner for measures to reduce emmissions from deforestation and degradation (REDD). Many researchers fear that too little emphasis may be put on finding solutions that secure poor people's continued democratic rights to govern, control and access important environmental resources.
