Webmaster
Young people from more than 20 countries in Europe, Asia, Africa, Australia, and America have arrived at the University Campus to study at the Department of International Environment and Development Studies (Noragric) this year.
The main objective of this arrangement was to assist students to feel themselves welcome at Noragric and to inform them about possible choices and practical arrangements.
The programme included welcome speeches, staff presentation, information about studying at UMB and presentation of the Noragric study programmes, as well as introducing systems, regulations & rules, and University ethics. Representatives of the Noragric Student Association talked about becoming integrated into Noragric and the University's student network and social life. Also students were given an opportunity to present themselves, and they enjoyed a typical student lunch together with Noragric staff.
