Master Programme in International Relations

Webmaster

The new Master Programme in International relations is collaboration between Noragric and NUPI, and offers a unique combination of experience, combining Noragric international environment and development expertise with NUPIs' competence within the field of International Relations theory and practice.

The new masters in International Relations was established to benefit from the expertise of Norwegian Institute of International Affairs (NUPI) and Noragric in order to meet the challenges of globalisation through  a theoretical underpinning and understanding of international interactions, in correlation to emergent environment, health and development issues addressed by the international community.

The program builds on the existing competence at Noragric within the fields of Environment and Development in International Relations contexts, while drawing on NUPI's competence within the field of International Relations theory and practice, resulting in a unique master program focusing not only on traditional issues in International Relations Studies, but also on the current tools and mechanisms relating International Relations to emergent Environment and Development issues, such as Climate Change.
