PhD-Environment & development studies
 
The Department of International Environment and Development Studies (Noragric) at the Norwegian University of Life Sciences (UMB) invites applications for a doctoral fellowship in environment & development studies. The fellowhip is for a period of three years beginning in the spring 2012.

The selected candidate will be attached to the project The Economics and Land-Use Conflicts of Sámi Reindeer Herding in Finnmark: Exploring the Alternatives. Successful candidates should have a research-based Master’s degree and a GPA of B or above in relevant fields, and should be fluent in English and Norwegian. Knowledge of Sámi is an advantage.
