QuestBack student account
StudieavdelingenUMB has an agreement with QuestBack allowing students attending semester based courses at UMB, free, time-limited access to QuestBack’s survey system. This means that all students attending UMB can use the QuestBack survey system during their education.
Securing your survey to be efficient and professional
QuestBack develops and delivers online survey solutions that empower you with the ability to secure efficient and professional surveys. QuestBack enables you to Ask the right questions, to the right people, at the right time, letting you gain valuable feedback from employees, customers, partners and others. Unique Act functionality allows you to enter into direct dialogue with your constituents and take action based on the knowledge gained.
Agreement
UMB has an agreement with QuestBack allowing students attending semester based courses at UMB, free, time-limited access to QuestBack’s survey system. This means that all students attending UMB can use the QuestBack survey system during their education.
Conditions of use
All use of QuestBack is limited to assignments directly linked to UMB, and must under no circumstances be used for other purposes. The student shall be seen as the sender and responsible for the survey - not UMB. The student is also responsible for ensuring that the data gathering process is conducted in accordance with relevant local laws and regulations. Misuse or inappropriate use of QuestBack, will result in immediate termination of the account. Student(s) responsible for using QuestBack under this arrangement are personally directly responsible for all consequences following their use of QuestBack.
QuestBack support/User manual
Neither UMB nor QuestBack have the resources to guide/train students in the use of QuestBack. It is recommended that you use the online user manual (see "help" button in the left column after logging on) or the adaptive learning function (click on the wording of the various sections in QuestBack, to learn more about each function). QuestBack also has several good instruction videos. QuestBack and UMB welcome you as a student user, and hope that your data gathering runs smooth and efficiently.

How to get access to a QuestBack student subaccount?
1. Ask your projects main supervisor for a statement that:
- confirms that he/she is your supervisor
- conforms that you need to use QuestBack to accomplish your project
- gives the working title of the project
- gives a short description of the project/ aim of the study
2. The statement is to be sent to the person at UMB responsible for
the student subaccounts.
3. Go to this link and sign up for a subaccount. Use your name+studentno
in the username field, and register the same information as given by
your supervisor. If you are several persons that collaborate, you only
need to register one person.
4. The person at UMB responsible for the student subaccounts will receive
an e-mail with this info and can then activate your account. He/she will
send you a confirmation e-mail including the info receive about your
account after activation.
