Do you want to help one or two international students next semester? As a new international student you have to remember a lot of information and learn a new culture.

Imagine yourself coming to a new country where you get an IntBuddy what will tell you which store that is cheapest, which readingroom that is most quiet and that will bring you to a party or two? As a student at UMB we are proud of our university and we want other to like it as much as we do J

What should you volunteer as an IntBuddy?

You will help a person that needs it
You will make new networks
You will learn about a culture that you maybe dont know anything about
You will get to join a barbeque with other IntBuddies and their Buddychilds the 31st of July

What is expected from you?

Be a contact person for the international student that arrives in the end of July/start of August
Have contact on e-mail with the student before he/she arrives
Be tolerant and open for all kinds of questions
Take a tour on campus, maybe with other IntBuddies?
Show UMB from its best side
