YOU also have the chance to win an iPad when you participate in the national learning environment survey that is now carried out at several universities and colleges simultaneously.

A good learning environment is important for you to succeed. Please respond as soon as you can!

For the first time a national learning environment survey is conducted. Representatives from learning environment committees at several universities and colleges have together with TNS gallup developed a joint survey that is conducted simultaneously at several institutions. It is now up to YOU to contribute to results which provide the best possible picture about the learning environment at UMB. The results of the survey will be followed up by the learning environment committee and the University Director, and for the first time we will also be able to document how UMB’s learning environment compares to other universities and colleges.

The survey is targeted to full time students under 35 and it will be open from 14 to 30 March 2012. The invitation to participate has been sent by e-mail. Your response will of course be anonymous and we hope you will answer as truthfully as possible. Remember: this is your possibility to influence your learning environment.

To achieve the best possible overview of UMB’s learning environment we need YOUR REPLY, and the goal is of course to achieve a higher response rate than for instance NTNU, UiO and UiS.

Among the students participating UMB will draw two winners who each will get an iPad as well as four winners who each will get a gift voucher of 500 kr from the Smithy (Boksmia) bookstore.
