Important dates for applicants and participants

Admission timeline:

January 4: Application period starts.
February 15: Application deadline
February 15: Deadline for the referee to submit recommendation letter
March 31: Successful candidates will have received letter of admission by e-mail
March 31: Candidates on the waiting list will be informed


From April 13: Candidates on the waiting list will be contacted if any of the selected candidates has not confirmed or dropped out. Note that due to potential visa problems and other issues we may even have ‘last minutes’ withdrawals. Hence, the supplementing of the list of final participants may continue into June.
